Return & Refund Policy – FusionCam & Freelance Services

We are committed to customer satisfaction for both FusionCam and freelance services. Please note the following policies:

1. FusionCam (Digital Product):

  • Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is not activated or used.
  • If issues cannot be resolved by support, we will process a full refund.

2. Freelance Services:

  • Since the work is highly customized, refunds will only be offered if no work has started or the terms were not met.
  • A cancellation within 48 hours of purchase is required for a refund.
