Terms & Conditions – FusionArt Studios

By using FusionArt.net and purchasing FusionCam or our freelance services, you agree to the following terms:

1. License & Usage:

• FusionCam is licensed per user and can only be used for personal or commercial projects under the license agreement.

2. Freelance Service Terms:

• Freelance services are offered as per the project agreement. Work is completed according to the project timeline, scope, and payment schedule agreed upon before starting.

3. No Physical Shipping:

• Both FusionCam and freelance service deliverables are digital-only. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All assets created by FusionArt (including 3D animations, models, and designs) are owned by FusionArt Studios unless specified in the service contract.

5. Disputes:

• Any legal disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Lahore, Pakistan.
