Grant of Rights

Fusion Art Studio hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the work created during our collaboration in your professional portfolio, both online and in print materials.

Permitted Usage

You are authorized to:

• Display final project deliverables in your online portfolio
• Include project case studies showcasing your contribution
• Share process documentation that demonstrates your workflow
• Use project imagery in your resume and professional profiles
• Present this work during interviews and professional presentations

Restrictions

This permission does not extend to:

• Commercial use or resale of the work
• Modification of the final deliverables without consent
• Claiming sole authorship of collaborative work
• Sharing proprietary code, trade secrets, or confidential processes

Attribution

When displaying this work, please include appropriate attribution to Fusion Art Studio as the collaborative partner. For digital displays, a link to our website is appreciated but not required.

Duration

This portfolio usage permission is granted in perpetuity and does not require renewal. However, we reserve the right to revoke this permission with 30 days written notice, though we anticipate this would only occur in exceptional circumstances.

This agreement serves as formal permission. No additional signatures, checkboxes, or confirmations are needed. By proceeding to use the work in your portfolio as described, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
