I'm getting in quotes as we're setting up a partnership and once it's live we're then going to need all the artwork.

So the motion design is going to be for our website, at the top. Best quality for a website. In terms of duration, something that will be on a loop. Stars in the sky twinkling and the earth lighting up. I can send you an image of what I'm sort of looking for.

Max budget is a tough one, I'm looking for quotes as budget is tight - I need it to be out of this world but at the same time, I'm not looking for something expensive.

I don't have a 3D model, but I can show you what I want. 3D and 2D. 3D for the website, 2D for my welcome packs and artwork.
