2.1 Activation & Validation

All licenses require:

Online activation within 7 days of purchase
Periodic validation (every 30 days for annual licenses)
Internet connection for initial activation

2.2 Usage Rights

Right to receive updates during license period

2.3 Restrictions

Licenses may be transferred with approval:

Requires deactivation from original device
