• Bug fixes
• Major version upgrades require license renewal (Professional only)

5. License Management

5.1 Transfer Policy

Licenses may be transferred with approval:

• One transfer allowed per license
• Requires deactivation from original device
• Not available for discounted licenses

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer:

• 30-day money back guarantee for Ultimate licenses
• 14-day refund window for Professional licenses
• No refunds for Trial licenses
