Where required by our attendance system, a face capture or attendance photograph is collected only for attendance verification, identity confirmation, fraud prevention, and internal attendance administration.
21.2 No Wrongful or Unauthorized Use
- Face-capture images will not knowingly be sold, publicly displayed, or used for unrelated commercial purposes.

An attendance record may be flagged or rejected where the required face capture is missing, invalid, manipulated, or cannot reasonably verify the attendance record. Rejection reasons such as Late Arrival and Face Not Captured may be recorded and shown for transparency.

Isolated mistakes or a single weak day should not automatically result in termination. Relevant context, approved leave, evidence, role conditions, and reasonable opportunities to improve may be considered during internal reviews.
