• On up to 2 devices per license purchased

• Bypass any security or access controls

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions.

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for defective products
• Refund requests must include proof of defect
• No refunds for change of mind or failure to meet system requirements

4.3 Subscription Terms

For subscription products:

• Billing occurs at the beginning of each cycle
• Auto-renewal can be disabled anytime before renewal
• Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund current period

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our products ("User Content"), but grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute User Content for service operation and improvement.

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not create or share content that:

• Violates any laws or third-party rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or harassing

7. Termination

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.

10. Affiliate Program Terms

By participating in the Fusion Hub Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"), you agree to comply with the following additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service.

10.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to join the Affiliate Program.
• Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or business.
• Your application must provide accurate and complete information.

10.2 Affiliate Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of promotional content you create.
• You must not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about Fusion Hub products or services.
• You agree to comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws, including disclosure requirements for affiliate links.

10.3 Commission & Payments

• The standard commission rate is 20% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks).
• Commissions are calculated monthly and paid once your earnings meet the minimum payout threshold of $50 USD.
• Payments are made via the method selected in your affiliate dashboard; you are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.
• Fusion Hub reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions for fraudulent, canceled, or refunded orders.

10.4 Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Bidding on Fusion Hub brand keywords in search engine ads without prior written approval.
• Using affiliate links on websites containing adult content, hate speech, or illegal materials.

10.5 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm our brand reputation. Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.

10.6 Modification

Fusion Hub reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, commission rates, or these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
